JC Collision. By authorizing repairs or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms protect both you, the customer, and JC Collision, located in Garland, Texas.
1. Scope of Services
JC Collision provides automotive body repair, paint, and collision restoration services. All repair estimates provided are subject to change upon a full physical teardown and inspection of the vehicle. We will notify the customer of any additional costs or hidden damage discovered during the repair process before proceeding.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment Due Upon Completion: Full payment is required at the time of vehicle pickup. JC Collision does not offer financing or payment plans.
- Accepted Payment Methods: For your convenience, we accept cash, major credit cards, insurance checks, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo.
- Vehicle Release: No vehicle will be released until the total balance is paid in full.
3. Storage Fees
To ensure we have space to serve all customers, vehicles must be picked up promptly.
- Grace Period: Customers have one (1) week (7 calendar days) to pick up their vehicle after being notified that repairs are complete.
- Daily Fee: Starting on the 8th day following completion notification, a storage fee of $35.00 per day will be applied to the final invoice.
4. Refund & Acceptance Policy
- No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of automotive paint and bodywork, all sales are final.
- Inspection: Customers are required to perform a full walkthrough and inspection of the vehicle before leaving the lot.
- Acceptance: By taking possession of the vehicle and driving it off the premises, the customer acknowledges that the work has been completed to their satisfaction. JC Collision is not responsible for any damage (rock chips, scratches, or environmental wear) that occurs once the vehicle leaves our parking lot.
5. Customer Property & Liability
- Personal Items: JC Collision is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before dropping off your car.
- Operation of Vehicle: By leaving your vehicle, you grant JC Collision employees permission to operate the vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection, or transport.
- Acts of God: JC Collision is not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including fire, theft, hail, or other "Acts of God" while the vehicle is on our premises.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County.
