Final Inspection & Acceptance At JC Collision, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Because paint and body work are custom services, all repairs and paint applications are considered final once the vehicle leaves our premises.

• Pre-Departure Walkthrough: We require all customers to perform a full visual inspection of the vehicle with a technician prior to taking delivery.
• Customer Approval: By taking possession of the vehicle and driving it off the lot, you are acknowledging that the work has been completed to your satisfaction.

Why We Don't Offer RefundsOnce a vehicle leaves our controlled environment, we can no longer account for:

• Road debris, rock chips, or environmental fallout.
• Improper washing or chemical exposure.
• Accidental damage or "door dings."
• Extreme weather conditions.

Workmanship ConcernsWhile we do not offer monetary refunds, we stand behind our labor. If you notice a defect in the application (such as clear coat failure or bubbling) that is not the result of external damage, please contact us within [30/60/90] days. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and, at our discretion, perform corrective repairs.
